Hello，@ikizhvatov I have some questions while using the hmmhc.How can I use it to predict human data? Maybe there's a way to train human data.

Currently, our tool is solely for H-2-IAb predictions and does not provide an interface for training. Meanwhile, for human predictions there are several recently published tools, for instance https://github.com/GfellerLab/MixMHC2pred.
