PyQt5==5.13.0 not found ? #93

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement PyQt5==5.13.0 (from -r .\requirements.txt (line 14)) (from versions: 5.12.3, 5.14.0, 5.14.1, 5.14.2, 5.15.0, 5.15.1, 5.15.2) ERROR: No matching distribution found for PyQt5==5.13.0 (from -r .\requirements.txt (line 14))

I have the same problem with Zorin OS 15.3. Even by re-installing PyQt5 it gives many errors, same with PyQtWebEngine saying

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement PyQtWebEngine
ERROR: No matching distribution found for PyQtWebEngine
