incorrect variable names #2

Is there a dependency on ClearPass version? Working with ClearPass 6.8.0.109592, none of the variable names used in the action content are being recognized and expanded.

Shouldn't e.g. %{user} actually read %{Authentication:Username} ?

The problem was with accounting data not being available.
