支持下线通知吗？ 目前用 API，一分钟检测一次，不太优雅

目前不支持哈，frp-notify 是基于 frp server plugin 来实现的。要看 frp 能不能增减下线的操作

看到文档中有 CloseProxy 事件，不知道能否用上？
