Frontend Search Bar

This PR primarily implements the frontend search bar. Perhaps, as a more useful consequence, this PR features:

• API interactions with the backend for fetching LLM questions.
• Fleshes out the Redux handling for question data.
• Modifies a custom shadcn component for our needs.
• Updates website title & icon to reflect the project branding.
• And last but not least, features search and animated loading icons.
