feat: implements product list component #60

This PR implements the product list component as defined in the Figma.

Had some challenges with sizing the "best quality" bubble, but managed to get a decent replica of the Figma working.

product list component has redundant tailwind classes:

line 20 width
line 26 border

The product listing when no image is available, makes it awkward. Recommend a fallback image in such cases. This will maintain the card size and design.

Fixed line 20 width.
Line 26 border doesn't appear to have redundant classes for the border: mb-4 w-2/5 border border-4 border-gray-400 rounded p-2

border border-4 border-gray-400:

border: makes the border display
border-4: sets the border width
border-gray-400: sets the border color
