Update reporter to work with WDIO v5 #12

Not long ago WebDriverIO v5 was released (around Christmas), it would be great to see this reporter updated to support that version.

I have created a fork of this project which runs on webdriverio 5.x. it is still a work in progress, but you can check it out. If there is desire I can submit a pull request for this project. There are quite a few changes to make it work.
