docker-compose to include HTTP server image #8

It would be simpler to include an HTTP server in docker-compose.yml. We should include the HTML instructions as part of the web server as well.

I'm not sure if I understand this issue because the HTTP server is there at https://github.com/arun-gupta/docker-java/blob/master/instructor/docker-compose.yml#L7-L10
