Patched code to handle environment modifications per #61 #62

This pull-request handles issue #61. Note: Windows uses wide-characters so some extra finagling is required. This pull request:

Creates specific environment types depending on Windows or non-Windows
Creates a string-to-string map from the host environment
Merges in the changes
Pastes the strings into a vector
Passes the vectors data pointer to the CreateProcessW
(Additionally sets the Unicode Environment flag)
