OpenID looks like login field. #102

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in.

What is the expected output?
You see your login where the input field was previously.

What do you see instead?
Your OpenID, which is okay. But it is styled to resemble an input field
again, while not being editable.
Suggestion: No input field style, instead a greeting like "Hi, X Y". All
sites I can think of do this. Including twitter and amazon.
