Edges are not deleted, when target and source node is deleted #106

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a node and another node connected with an edge
2. Select both nodes, but node the edge
3. Click on delete

What is the expected output?
Both nodes and the edge are deleted.

What do you see instead?
Only the two nodes are deleted.
