Published models are not shown in the repository #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login 
2. Publish a model which you own

What is the expected output?
Public and logged in users should see the model in the repository. 

What do you see instead?
The model isn't shown in the repository. You can can explicitly grant the
viewing permission to the public user. But logged in users still can't see
the model.

Published models will no longer be displayed in the default view. On the left 
site is
an new panel to show different visibility levels. One is for public models.
