Refresh list button in repository does not work #121

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login and choose filter my processes
2. Create new model
3. save new model
4. go back to repository and click on refresh list

What is the expected output?
the new process is added as first process in the list.

What do you see instead?
the new process is not added.

Done.
The problem was that the specific filter request paramter (for the individual 
panels)
'to' and 'from' was setted accidentally to the overall filter and not just to 
the
paramter, so if a second request was send the specific 'to' and 'from' values 
were in
all of the other specific paramteres.
