file extensions missing for process export formats #124

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In the repository, open the details of a process model
2. click on one of the pdf export option
3. when the acrobat reader shows the document, save the file to your local HD.

What is the expected output?
A file with the extension .pdf is stored on the HD

What do you see instead?
a file with the full name 'pdf' is stored. Windows does not automatically
open the file with the acrobat reader.

Proposal:
the file should have the name of the process and the correct extension.

Fixed in revision 475. The filename is now process.pdf.
