canConnect is called while moving the mouse when dragging new shape from repository #128

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. drag a shape from the repository and move it over the canvas 

What is the expected output?
canConnect is called whenever the existing shape at the mouse position changes.

What do you see instead?
canConnect is called every time the mouse is moved.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
