[Features] Push changes from initial to main #11

Overview

This PR will push all changes that are made in the initial branch to the main branch.

includes many bugfixes and changes and the first tested version of the dataproxy.
Change from build.rs to dedicated crate (Fixes #10)
Added filename header to properly name downloaded results.

Caveats

PR includes unfinished features that will change.

TODOs

Extend data proxy API to be mostly S3 compatible
Introduce "stable" pre-authenticated download urls
Add functionality to revoke pre-authenticated links after they have been issues.
