Feat list objects v2 #40

This is the same PR as #39, but now with dev as the correct target branch. This includes the requested API updates.

You were right about the issue with uppercase ULIDs. Commit c002246 fixed the issue. I also addressed the label inconsistencies introduced in feat-content-disposition and feat-cors-additions. Now all labels start with app.aruna-storage.org.
