Package the app for offline use

Hello; user-feedback : @dcmvdbekerom suggested that Radis is great but we sometimes need a Desktop version; e.g. when w e don't have an internet connection; an for users not familiar with a Python environment.

How hard is it to package a web-app like Radis-app in a Desktop app ?

I've seen there are instructions on the README to run the backend locally; so maybe it's possible without any modification to the core code.

If it's hard we won't do it. It's too complex to maintain different packages.

@erwanp, if you want to make a desktop app for radis in electron it is going to take 20-30 days from my side to implement all those things. 😀
