Download not working - empty file #640

The download link is not working. On the base example, I do get a file to download (hitran_CO_1900_2300cm-1_300K_1.01325atm.spec), but it is empty (1 KB), or rather contains an error message : 

{"error":"unsupported operand type(s) for /: 'str' and 'str'"}
