The Question Count is not being updated even when i am using the older version of leetcode. #69

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to LeetCode profile -> Submissions.
  2. The total question here is not the same as shown in LeetHub's card.

Expected behavior I expected the question count would be same on both the LeetHub's card and LeetCode profile.
