file names #91

can we change the filenames again so they're more economical? i.e. 2DSFS.sh instead of 2D_Site_Frequency_Spectrum.sh

longer filenames are ugly, leave more room for error, and get messy after a while

obviously there should be a balance here with ease of use, but I think 2DSFS and GL are straight forward, for example

There's also a lack of consistency when referring to file names now--need to check for this in all files and references to files. I noticed 2D_Site_Frequency_Spectrum.sh is still referred to as ANGSD_2DSFS.sh. Let's be very diligent to avoid this sort of confusion, as the many different filenames are confusing enough as it is
