Enhancement: Third-Party Video – Create Thumbnail Overlay

Description: News Desk would like to control the thumbnail that appears over ANY video – not just TMZ videos. The Examiner is able to do this (at least, for [[url:http://www.examiner.com/article/jia-jia-the-robot-eerily-human-like-creation-is-jaw-dropping-conversationalist|YouTube Embeds]] and [[url:http://www.examiner.com/article/myrtle-beach-is-under-a-long-term-no-swim-advisory|AOL Embeds]]).

Requirements:

• ANALYSIS – How can we support customizing thumbnails, titles and attribution for embeds in the CMS? Is there a shortcode we can add to the embed that will add this content?
• Style the same as our TMZ Video Thumbnails (see example attached)
• Content would include a Thumbnail Image, Title & Video Attribution to be input by the editor
• Clicking on the overlay would passthrough the play event to the embed
• This would be used for ANY third-party video that we support embeds for Notes:

1.) Looks like the Examiner.com links aren't valid anymore 2.) Can you provide a list of the most frequently used 3rd party video embeds (top 5) 3.) Do we want to try do this for FB or Twitter videos? 4.) Would you ever want a permalink to this video?

@xcmurray - we've talked over the implementation and this is a large at least. going to move it into the backlog and we can determine priority in the next sprint
