Open full page option at the bottom #82

Can you provide a option to move the open full page option at the bottom toolbar. On tall screens, pressing that toggle (as I quite often do, as article view isn't perfect and doesn't show full content sometimes) is difficult and having it at bottom helps.

Thanks, already planned. Currently blocked by #62 I need to refactor the bottom bar library I am using.
