Any key to remove error. #364

Currently when you get a error In the level editor or disconnected from a 
server And hit the red box you must press esc to remove the error.

Why not make it any key or a mouse click as this is not very user friendly.

We recently made the change of requiring Esc to dismiss all dialogs (previously 
they had been press any key to dismiss).  This caused problems when dialogs 
popped up in game and the player pressed a movement key (for example) 
dismissing the dialog before they saw it.  

We decided that all dialogs should behave consistently, so they now all require 
you to press Esc.
