Remove Play Bitfighter shortcut from portable windows install #366

The shortcut points to the standard install location, and thus does not work.  
Remove it.  It has already been removed from the current distribution version.

Actually, it has not been removed from the Google Code version, as I cannot 
upload any new uploads.  We should probably prepare to migrate the downloads 
section of the project to bitfighter.org and fix the portable archive there.

Removed the bad link in the portable build and re-uploaded it.
