Virus on notifier.exe

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  get windows portable 19 build
2.  ge tnorton anti virus
3. run notifier.exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It should run

Instead norton marks it as a virus and removes it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

windows 19 portable build

windows 7 operating system.
