Setting the server description in-game crashes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Host a game
2. Attempt to change the server description with /setserverdescr
3. Watch Bitfighter crash

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You expect to see the server description change, but crashes instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Bitfighter 019 Windows 8.1

Please provide any additional information below.
Changing server name works fine!

Update: Changing the Server Name with /setservername actually changes the name 
of the server in this session, but changes the server description in the .ini
