Varying sizes of testitems #388

Testitems are one of my favorite items in the game. They have no purpose other 
than acting as obstacles... which is why I like them! Testitems can add spice 
to the map that doesn't require attention from the player. I've also found that 
with a little bit of effort they can come in handy for dodging enemy fire. From 
a levelmaker's perspective, besides just decor, testitems can be used as a 
"natural defense" around a base by slowing down and clogging enemies.

I would love to see varying sizes of testitems, like asteroids, to better 
position them in tight corridors where normal testitems cannot fit. I can't 
think of a purpose for *larger* testitems, but I'm sure with a little tinkering 
we could find a use. (I am mostly interested in smaller testitems.)

Watusimoto, are you warming up to this idea?  Your opening of a duplicate bug 
on the issue makes it seem likely.   :)

If we want to allow variable TestItem sizes, does that mean variable Asteroid 
sizes are here to stay as well?
