Add caps to Gamereports page #418

It would be swell to see a Flag Scores column under player names on the Game 
Reports page for CTF maps (and Ret, ZC, HTF if applicable). The points column 
doesn't quite do player performance justice, since it's not inherently clear 
exactly how that number is compiled, and it's always fun to see who on your 
team scored the most flags.
