[LUA] Get the amount of flags a Nexus flag represents #426

What new feature or enhancement would you like to request?
A getNexusFlagNumber() function to get the amount of flags a Nexus flag 
represents. Returns nil if the flag is returned to the Nexus, or simply doesn't 
exist anymore.

Cleaning up my issues, this is pretty much useless and I am pretty sure nobody 
understood (I had trouble understanding myself), so you can safely disregard
