Show special text box to new users #434

When someone fires up Bitfighter for the first time, show them the following 
message, either in a red box, or as a dedicated screen that appears either 
before or after login:

"Trying Bitfighter for the first time?  Bitfighter is the most fun when you 
play with others.  The installer includes a notifier app that lets you know 
when other players are on.  Best to get familiar with the game, then run the 
notifier and hop on when others are playing."

Could also change the text to make it seem more "3lite"

"Welcome to Bitfighter... The ultimate combat occurs against other human 
pilots.  A notifier app has been included with the game, use it to find other 
pilots.  Learn your controls now, then enter combat when you alerted that 
another pilot has entered the arena."

Or something.
