Sort level selection by author #451

Please consider implementing the ability to sort a level selection menu (ie. 
while hosting a server) by author. This tool would sort levels by who created 
the level, allowing for easier selection of levels made by a certain user. For 
a level to apply, it must have the author's name written in the "level by" 
field of the level editor.
