Sort level selection by presence of engineer #452

Please consider implementing the ability to sort a level selection menu (ie. 
while hosting a server) by engineer on/off. This tool would sort levels based 
on if they have engineer enabled or disabled, allowing for easier selection of 
levels that have or do not have engineer.
