Chat buffer doesn't clear when server closes [019d] #479

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter chat and type something (not hosting from the HOSTING menu on the same 
computer)
2. Close the server you were connected to
3. Connect to a different sever and open chat again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You would expect an empty chat, but you get the unsent chat message from the 
other server

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 8.1 Bitfighter 019d

fordcars says it's so minor that we shouldn't spend time on it...  setting to
