Asteroid Spawn Bug #483

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. place a  zone, barrier, polywall, loadoutzone, goalzone in a level.
2. put a asteroid spawn on it.
3. Run the level

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected : the symbol should appear on the area to warn of a asteroid spawning.

Actual : No symbol appears probably under the zone.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Version : bitfighter 19C Portable

System :  Windows 7 Operating System. (32 bit)

Please provide any additional information below.

I think this is a render-layer problem - it is definitely something too 
complicated to put in 019d (I think; I'm not completely sure..).  We'll also 
have to decide if we want to actually do something for this and what the layer 
rules will be.

Let's look at this a bit closer to see if it can be fixed without a major 
overhaul... if not, I agree, won't fix, but I think it may not be so difficult.
