slow hosting #491

Hosting a server or dedicating one if you have a high file count ( like me ) is 
very slow takes over 30 minutes.

Can we speed this up somehow?

Perhaps this can be remedied by killing the Levels folder in users computers 
and have all levels be uploaded to pleiades and have server get the levels from 
there.
