Updater does not always close Bitfighter, causing failure #492

Updater does not always close Bitfighter, which will cause the updater to fail. 
 I would suggest we look for a way to add a notice to manually close the game 
if it doesn't close automatically.

This is more an annoyance rather than a critical error, but I have reproduced 
this on two different machines.

Updater also no longer closes Bitfighter on my main dev machine, where it has 
always worked in the past.
