Feature #9 : Design Service record view #11

This is a consolidated display containing three sub views:

  1. 8 a tile view with a button group like feature 6

  2. A description of the team as a small expansion div and a small impact view(clarity needed)
  3. Another tile view containing each service spoc details as a tile(the tile should be clickable). also a Service SLA table
  4. a navigation bar at the bottom
