Make Service Offerings page dynamic #41

As user clicks on a OE in homepage. He/she should be redirected to this page.

  1. All services provided by the OE should be listed here
  2. Each service should be clickable icon Remove the hard coding from HTML page and make the listing dynamic. Create web-services for providing necessary data to display it in Service offerings page. On full screen view there will be 3 services in one row. More technical details will be shared below on how to implement.
