Feature #4 : Design Portfolio level page #6

As user select service from service level. He/she is redirected here

  1. The page should display a list of portfolios for the particular service.
  2. Each portfolio should be a clickable icon.
  3. The selected portfolio details should be passed on next page

Static rendering of the page is complete, making the page dynamic will done in Sprint 2.
