Integrate with Velocity #147

Velocity is a really nice framework for testing with meteor. Integration with velocity would be really nice.

To my understanding both laika and velocity serves the same goal and that is to spawn a sandbox meteor environment for running tests. I really doubt there's a reasonable way to integrate those two frameworks.
