Add instructions about sizing the JVM heap to the README #48

We made a decision in the design of Gelato to trade off memory usage against simplicity (of code). As a result, Gelato is quite the memory hog. We should make that clear in the README, and also demonstrate how to increase the JVM heap size when running the tool.
