What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install BootIt™ NG http://www.terabyteunlimited.com 1.86a ( Bootit set to
handle all partions ( eg above 4 primary's )
2. Create NTFS ( or other partion ) 512MB
3. Start setup and formate NTFS ( or other )
4. Complete setup
5. Select the new partion to boot

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
OS should load - you get BOOTMGR is missing

Unfortunately there is no way to install Grub loader in Android installation
partition. Its either "none" or MBR. This won'e work with BootIT NG nor with
Bootit Bare Metal. In this situation you can either use bios to boot from your
external bootable device, usb flash or cd, or set the android to boot from the
next bios device.

I am currently using Zalman VE-300 for to that end but the purpose is defeated.
Only advantage is that the installation will retain your settings, added
application etc. I could use virtual machine but am not interested in going
that route.
