repo: Error 13 "Permission Denied" when 'repo init' on external hard drive #160

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Mount an external drive in the directory to initialize repo in
2. Try to initialize repo
3. Sit back and wait until main.py returns a "Permission Denied" error -- even
as root

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the command to succeed. Instead, this problem occurs.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am using the latest repo on Ubuntu 10.10 -- and with JDK 5 manually installed.

Sorry, found out that I had 'users' as a mount option in my fstab. This was
causing the problem. Please mark this as Not a Bug.
