eyes of people glow due to flash while taking pictures and pictures appear pigmented #162

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. taking a photo with flash ON
2. when battery is half, flash just appears above the half and the remaining 
looks like without flash.
3. picture gets pigmented when taken

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
stabilized image with auto-focus and red eye and flash in eye removal

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1-update1

It can be the issue with camera flash timing. The issue is not present with 
other operating system mobiles with any kind of flash.
