[Benq S41] wifi doesn't work~~the newest version

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. my book is Benq S41，and wifi could work in the version 20090916 released
2. now，when i try to turn on the wifi,it just illustrate "error" without any 
reacts
3. I want to know how to change WIFI driver~The older driver could work 
correctly!~I am just basic amateur~~~Think you!!!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

    I use the live usb.I think it is really cool! Thank you for your android x86!It's mavellous! My version is android-x86-2.2-generic.

Oh,It could work on my friend's Thinkpad R400，but failded on my Benq S41~~~~

Please provide any additional information below.

I will appreciate if you could solve this problem as ealy as possible~~

Dear Al, 

I have the same issue:

I installed the latest generic 2.2 image.

I get WiFi: error

My tablet has: 

WiFi device type: Atheros AR9002WB-1NG (WLAN/BT) ATH9K
CPU type: Atom N550 @ 1.60GHz

When I boot the Viewpad 2.2 image from USB stick the wifi DOES work (providing 
that I turn off LAN first and then turn on WiFi)

Maybe that would help you to build a generic image that supports my wifi?
