This modification allows the host and port to be specified when when instantiating a JVCCommand object, which allows jvcprojectortools to be reused by other Python modules without having to use a config file. My motivation for doing this is that I want to use jvcprojectortools as part of an EventGhost plug-in to control a JVC projector, and require this functionality to do so.
