i18n: Simplified Chinese

Some i18n texts for zh-cn (or cs in this project's own terms)
Sync package-lock.json with package.json so npm i won't created git commit-able changes

I'll keep adding more zh-cn translations later. But I also want to make sure that the architectural changes I've made can be reviewed and accepted:

Deeper i18n text namespaces: added folder src/app/(i18n)/locales/cs/ui/ for texts in different components (Traits, Weapon, etc.).
Implemented useTranslationEz() for an easier i18n API

... so the PR isn't quite big for now.
