Double GETs in case of "preview effect" #67

The new behaviour can be seen on 4nf.org or this tuition site

(I noticed this error only just now, after switching static buffering off)

Symptoms: When "preview effect" turned on and

clicking really fast on e.g. a navigation link or
using the built-in animations

... a GET was performed twice

I would like to apologise, but was never able to re-produce this error, until recently

Debugged by adding a semaphore as can be seen in #68
