Since its introduction recently, inlineappend is performing very well on e.g. 4nf.org and this other test site

Should I declare:
inlineappend: true
to be default?
If set, it lets scripts be attached to the main content div. Otherwise, the scripts are eval-ed
eval
If there are no objections, I will make it default...
Please re-open, if you object...
